Roosevelt Alumnus, Edwin Vega announces his English National Opera debut

Roosevelt alumnus, Edwin Vega (MM, ’04) (PD, ’06) makes his debut with the English National Opera’s production of John Adams’ Death of Klinghoffer under the direction of Tony-winning Tom Morris. He will also be performing in 2012 with the Nevada Opera in Madame Butterfly.  An accomplished vocalist, Vega has performed at the Metropolitan Opera as well as the famed Carnegie Hall and has appeared in a diverse array of works including I Due Figaro, Le Nozze di Figaro, Salome and Jerry Springer the Opera, among others. Along with his work with Roosevelt University, Vega studied with Ithaca College and Yale School of Music.
