 Southside Alumni Chapter Meeting Rescheduled

The Southside Alumni Chapter meeting scheduled for December 8, 2011, has been cancelled.

President Julius Rhodes, with unanimous approval by members in attendance at the October 19, 2011 meeting, has chosen to use the final meeting of 2011 to phone and update Southside alumni about our upcoming 2012 calendar and upcoming events.

This phonathon meeting will be held:
Friday, December 9, 2011, 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Roosevelt University – Phonathon Room
11th Floor, AUD1150T (Tower)
430 South Michigan Avenue, Chicago

There will be a brief 30 minute business meeting followed by one-hour of calling. If you are interested and willing to attend to help make calls, please RSVP to Joni Abrams at 312 341 3630 by Wednesday, December 7, 2011. Refreshments will be served.

NOTE: The Phonathon room is accessed by the Tower elevator which is located on the 8th floor, midway between Michigan Avenue and Wabash, Congress side.

Roosevelt alumnus, Julian Block, weighs in on tax breaks for charitable donations

CCPA Professional diploma student Andrea Mumm is announced as principal harpist of the Charlotte Symphony

Andrea Mumm a Professional Diploma student with Roosevelt’s Chicago College of Performing Arts has been recently announced as the principal harpist of the Charlotte Symphony of Charlotte, North Carolina. Mumm is just the latest of CCPA students to win a professional orchestral job.

Roosevelt University Alumni Association San Diego Chapter Kickoff

The San Diego chapter of the Roosevelt University Alumni Association is celebrating its kickoff on Wednesday, December 7th, 20011 at the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego at La Jolla.

The event will include guests of honor, Roosevelt University president, Chuck Middleton and Patrick Woods, vice president of Institutional Advancement.

The event is on Wednesday, December 7th, from 6:00 to 8:00PM.

It will be held at the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego at La Jolla. The address is 700 Prospect Street, La Jolla, CA 92037.
