College of Education graduate Carl E. Kramer to retire from teaching after 34 years.

Carl E. Kramer, Phd (MA, ’70) will retire from teaching after 34 years. A noted author, historian and teacher, Kramer taught history at Indiana University Southeast. An author of several books, he’s most noted for This Place We Call Home: A History of Clark County, Indiana (Quarry Books, 2007).

Along with his MA from Roosevelt University’s College of Education, Kramer earned his BA in history and political science from Anderson College.
